Abstract
This case explores the transition of 3i Infotech Limited becoming a digital ecosystem orchestrator in the international market from a software services provider based out of India. As a new CEO took over the company in 2021, the company has been forced to offload its products division while the services/ transactions business stagnates. With senior executives leaving the company in bad times, he is tasked with reviving the company while massive shifts are happening in the technology landscape. What choices can he make to reinvent the company and take its employees, investors, and the Board along the path?
